Most of the time when we come here it’s not the best but a few days ago this new server I regret not remembering his name, he is definitely new and he has short hair his face his darker complexion ( description) he was awesome, when our food came we had gotten the wrong wings but he fixed that immediately and gave us a discount and he was so attending and yet gave us time to eat and enjoy!
Food is iffy, could be cold could be warm. Service is slow. And bathroom stinks horribly. Server forgot to talk half our table’s order. Waited over an hour for food. 2/5 is grace.
Buffalo Wild Wings has been one of our favorite places for years, and we have visited many times.
The service is usually good, but our biggest concern is the food quality. On multiple visits, the wings were served cold, dry, and overcooked. The prices have also become very expensive—sometimes it feels like the wings cost more than a steak dinner.
The menu offers plenty of choices, including burgers and sandwiches, but the wing quality has been consistently disappointing....read full review
