Had a miscommunication about my order. Jeremy took care of it in such a way that will insure that I return. Also had the opportunity to watch Jeremy lead the team for the few minutes I waited for my food. Excellent customer service skills accompanied by great leadership skills. Well done Jeremy.
Dined here this evening with my husband and let’s just say all 6 gentlemen working at the Gurnee location at 7:00 2/9/24 had an opportunity that presented themselves with a less fortunate member of the community. They handled it not only with grace, but humanity. Well done. You guys are all class acts. Thank you for being generous and humble to those who truly needed it.
