We really enjoyed the new location in Gurnee! The food was amazing and our server Emily was so friendly and attentive even tho it was busy 🌟 Paul the manager made rounds which was very nice 👌 Thanks again Emily for the wonderful service and warm goodbye 👋 We’ll definitely be coming back tho 💫
I would NEVER go to the Gurnee location again. We went to this location for the 1st and LAST time today. The hostess was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and the manager on duty was useless.
3rd time I go and 3rd time food is disappointing. I keep saying I will give it another chance. Won't go back. This time I asked for medium well steak and it was well done. Mashed potatoes was runny and more like milk. Service was great
