This is how your staff should always deal with customers. He is polite and curtious yet assertive in his position. Make this guy an example of how things should run at your stores. “Came in today for a coffee to see a man being an absolute idiot to the girl behind the counter.
This man sat there and nit picked everything she was doing.
He proceeded to nit pick how the machine brewed espresso and that he wanted his coffee exactly 118 degrees.
This girl with pink and green hair was killing it! If someone did that to me I probably would have flown over that counter,
Even after dealing some an absolute idiot of a man she was very freindly , helped me pick out flavors of coffee and my drink is a absolutely amazing
As I’m sitting here sipping my coffee ranting to my boyfriend about how much of an idiot that man was and how much I would have flown over the counter if someone did that to me. It’s awesome she kept her cool and was doing great at her job! Screw that guy you did amazing !“

“I ordered the vanilla bean cream frappe and can I tell you, I was happy! I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the young lady but she made my drink exactly how I wanted. If they had a tip cup she would have given one!I like vanilla bean mixed with dried strawberries and I like it just a bit pink... Look at the photo... It's perfect ? “I tried a custom lemonade today that the barista suggested, and babyyyy let me tell you; game changer!
It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and had the right mix of sweet and tangy. I love when a barista actually listens and puts together something you didn’t even know you needed. This lemonade was chef’s kiss; light, flavorful, and so good I had to stop myself from ordering a second one!
Shout-out to the barista for the amazing recommendation. I’ll definitely be back for my new favorite drink!“
