“Came for coffee while I work n wait for my car to get maintenance.
After I was given my order, another women was waiting, and the barista came
From behind the counter and handed her her food order! A little thing, and a kind thing.
Then, a few minutes later, I was working, and another young lady came from behind the counter and brought me water. just because! Great service, acts of kindness and great energy with everyone! Thank you for starting my day wonderfully!“
“After working in Chicago for a few weeks, I realized how good we have it in RLB! This location is very understaffed in the mornings, so I often mobile order 10+ min in advance and come inside. Still, there are moments that the order still isn’t ready. In those events, if I need to go somewhere (work, metra, etc) they are accommodating and will either rush my order or let me request to put it on hold until later. This morning, one worker got it done in less than a minute when I was just hoping within the next five, giving me four to spare before my train! While I’m not sure between non-dairy milks, I know this location has never given me a dairy milk drink on accident. “Extra” and “less” are generally followed. This location is clean, with clean bathrooms. I tend to be in and out quickly, but even then, service is usually very friendly! Drinks look amazing here too vs other stores.“
