Love this Starbucks! Me and my girl go here every single day the barista’s know us and are drinks by heart. Whenever we walk in they already start getting are drinks prepared and when there’s somebody I don’t really trust making my drinks I have the managers number there and I either call or text her and she’ll come out from the back and make mine and my girlfriends drink. Most of the baristas are angry at this Starbucks location. This is the closest one to my home but I drive miles to other locations (when I have the time) to avoid this one. Meijer should watch their surveillance cameras to see how bad the customer service is at this coffee shop. It's not just “not smiling†or “lack of good customer serviceâ€, most of the time the baristas are actually super rude! I've never experienced worse customer service before.

Never open! Everyone is always on a break or they can't make what I want! I ordered a medicine ball tea, which is just tea and honey and lemonade. It was just yucky tea, no honey or lemon. I don't think I will be going back!
