Has definitely stabilized a bit since the crazy decline in September, still not great. If you go at off times, before dinner rush at 4, the wait is fine, 20 minutes max on an online order. However, getting into the dinner rush, it gets just as clogged up and messy as it has been for the past 9 months. Don't bother after 4 pm, but if you can order before then, you can expect okay service and food.
