After working in Chicago for a few weeks, I realized how good we have it in RLB! This location is very understaffed in the mornings, so I often mobile order 10+ min in advance and come inside. Still, there are moments that the order still isn’t ready. In those events, if I need to go somewhere (work, metra, etc) they are accommodating and will either rush my order or let me request to put it on hold until later.
