The staff here is super slow for a place that always seems to have way too many employees working at once. The manager is always rude and never is nice, and the food never seems to be cooked/heated properly. Most of the staff doesn’t seem like they want to be there.
I have gotten the strawberry daydream refresher 2-3 times but it’s literally more milk then anything. They barely put the strawberry dragon fruit mixture in… here is a picture from earlier today
The younger kids that work there at night are the most polite I'd drive across town to this Dunkin just for their service and so appreciative when tipped

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience. While some found it awesome and generous, others criticized the customer service. The drive-thru might cause parking issues.
