We placed a to go order. When it was set on the counter, they had it prepared for eating there. When we pointed it out, both workers looked at each other and us clearly annoyed and irritated. Got to the job site, and there was a long dark hair in my bacon turkey bravo. My husband liked his food, which is something.
Panera is a great place to take a break and meet regularly with friends. Food is high quality and well prepared. Staff is always friendly and smiling...If you become a regular, consider joining the coffee club...If you're a dessert person, nothing beats a Panera fruit ring...simply delicious.And the nice thing is they are consistent from location to location...

I can't say on the food, as I don't really eat there, but the Sip Club brings me in for daily coffee.It's consistent, good coffee and because of my job, I'm able to make it in once or twice a day. Staff are great.
