Love Chillis!!!
I ordered online for pick up. I didn't go in the main entrance so Atmosphere was not noted. Food order was missing an item and wrong item I didn't order was in the takeout bag. I got home realized part of my order was missing. I called the RLB Chili's and offered to remake the missing item and I drove back a second time. Once I arrived the second time the order was waiting and Was given a free chips and salsa and staff apologized for order mix up. My takeaway is the manager needs...read full review
