No one answers. They just let the phone ring... wait time was so darn long ... they got my order wrong. I paid for what I ordered but ended up getting something completely different!!I am upset that I drove there after work just to get home and open it to the wrong order!!I hope management sees this to fix my issue by giving me either my money back or a free meal.
The food and service were excellent, the only thing that the orange chicken was a little spicy but I really liked the rice. I previously shopped in Gurnee but from now on I'm moving to Round Lake
