“I go to this location at least three times a week, and although it can be busy sometimes in the morning depending on the time, the wait is no longer than a Starbucks would be. The drive through line is kind of a nightmare with people funneling in from two ways though. I’ve never gotten a wrong order. My food has always been cooked well. The staff seem nice enough.“

The barista was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the coffee, and a great conversationalist. Between the warm environment, excellent service, and great coffee, it’s an easy place to relax, catch up with friends, or spend some time on your own. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.“

“I just went there to have a meeting with a coworker and absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere. The empanada was still frozen when they served it to me but the server was so kind and gentle and immediately gave me another one that was well cooked and didn’t charge me for the wait and inconvenience. “First of all, Simon’s a great host who also loves to make software. We’re here all the time, and our team loves coming to Open Mic to work, be creative, and meet with clients. It’s a comfortable, welcoming space that naturally sparks good conversations and cool ideas—some of our best ideas have come out of brainstorming sessions in this spot. Sometimes we’re heads-down getting work done, sometimes sketching things out, sometimes picking up a guitar or playing a little piano between sprints. My son didn’t like the icing on his cinnamon roll that was priced @ $3.75, so I asked to exchange it for blueberry muffins priced @ $3.25 & told them to keep the $0.50 difference or keep .50 cents. Even though exchanges aren’t their policy, the staff kindly obliged & gave us blueberry muffins. Great service & thoughtful team!“

I stopped in for a simple black coffee once and it was great. It is very modern on the inside and the coffee is expensive for what I got, but good staff and short wait time. The study area has a good view of the road so you can take a short break from your work and enjoy the atmosphere.“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“
