“First of all, Simon’s a great host who also loves to make software. We’re here all the time, and our team loves coming to Open Mic to work, be creative, and meet with clients. It’s a comfortable, welcoming space that naturally sparks good conversations and cool ideas—some of our best ideas have come out of brainstorming sessions in this spot. Sometimes we’re heads-down getting work done, sometimes sketching things out, sometimes picking up a guitar or playing a little piano between sprints. “We were here this weekend & ordered our usual breakfast sandwiches & I had Chai Tea. Today, I ordered the most delicious Mushroom Brie soup (I know, who wants soup in the summer, but so good!!) I also ordered the Turkey Club & could only eat 1/2 of a 1/2. It was the best Club sandwich & on sourdough bread!! Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. They don't skip on the taste, NO watering down like other ones I been to! Very happy! ?“

“I went here for my grandma, She was admitted to the ICU on Wednesday to Northwestern Mchenry hospital. Today she had surgery at 1 and after the surgery all she wanted was a White mocha from starbucks, so I went and got one and told them about it, and they were so nice and the wrote a sweet message on the cup for her! It made her day and she was so so happy, whoever was on staff today (6/19/26) around 4:10 thank you!“

“I went in store around 3pm on a Saturday and ordered 3 maple donuts and 3 Boston creams. 2 of the maple donuts were hard as a rock. I went thru the drive thru, showed her how hard it was and they have me a free half dozen to compensate for the hard ones. She didn't have to do that, they NORMALLY don't do that. It made me have so much more trust for this Dunkin. Thank you!!!!“
