“So i decided to make this review for this Dunkin Location was because i went to this location on Friday October 10th 2025 and this is was my first time going to this location too and when i try to get a morning breakfast i order my fresh coffee and 1/2 donuts and what it make my day that morning was the employee was very polite and have me an excellent service what make my day was when i bought 1/2 dozen donuts i never had anyone heat the 1/2 dozen donuts before and i was so excited when i got an excellent service so i want to recognize the whole team at this location for the best excellent service and specially the one who heat the donuts that make my day.....“

“Had my daughter’s baby shower cake made here. Julie was so easy to work with and gave me great advice. I had several guests who needed gluten free and Julie and her staff were able to make the whole cake gluten free. It was so delicious that my guests thought it was the best they’ve had. “They are so friendly! They always know what I am trying to order by my description when I can't remember the name of what I had somewhere else. Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. They don't skip on the taste, NO watering down like other ones I been to! Very happy! ?“

“I went here for my grandma, She was admitted to the ICU on Wednesday to Northwestern Mchenry hospital. Today she had surgery at 1 and after the surgery all she wanted was a White mocha from starbucks, so I went and got one and told them about it, and they were so nice and the wrote a sweet message on the cup for her! It made her day and she was so so happy, whoever was on staff today (6/19/26) around 4:10 thank you!“

This matcha doesn't just rival starbucks, it beats it. The munchkins we're still fresh and not stale.
As I stood there waiting for my drink, they were cleaning the inside of the display case.
Morning uber-eats orders are always fresh and consistent with all sandwiches and egg bites.
Definitely highly recommend this hidden gem.
Access to this location is very easy and has plenty of parking as well as seating inside at the stools.“
