Great Place! Super chill, lots of natural sunlight with their huge windows. Quite possibly the best spots in Mchenry County. Not Chicago Pretentious. Just a cool, chill, CLEAN place!!! Can't go wrong!!
I visited Toast and Roast which was recommended by my brother. The atmosphere was awesome and very i inviting, not to mention extremely clean! The food was great, especially the pumpkin cheesecake muffins. They were Light, fresh, moist, and very flavorful. I’d recommend this establishment to anyone and I look forward to my next visit.

Toast and Roast is a highly-recommended breakfast spot serving delicious dishes like the parfait, lox toast, peanut butter banana toast, and fresh avocado toast. Their drinks, including the iced vanilla latte, açaí bonanza, and Maple latte, are also a hit. With lovely service, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and a spacious coffee shop feel, it's a perfect spot to meet friends and family for a quick bite or great coffee. The employees are awesome, and the owners are great. While some espresso drinks may vary, the place is very clean with nice space design.
