I waited 2 minutes at the drive through, then the person said "does that complete your order?" I said what? Because I have not said or ordered anything, then they replied "what do you want" in a pissy tone. I get that it was busy and they are stressed but did not appreciate being forgotten for so long, while 2 cars got helped in the line next to me, and talked to in that tone.
Service is usually slow. Always have to wait to get my order taken. Even when using the kiosk and paying with cash I have to wait up to 3 or 4 minutes for someone to be able to wait on me.

It's a McDonald's after all. They placed was clean and service was reasonably quick. However they use the kiosk ordering stations that I hate. I don't need a menu to try and keep selling me something!
