The service was excellent. The food was good and came out hot. They do not let food sit in the window. I had the country skillet, and it was good, but I am not a fan of sliced up sausage in my gravy. I prefer crumbled sausage. Sadly, the coffee was weak as it is in most restaurants. Boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy with hashbrown casserole. His biscuits were very flat but good.
Strip mall breakfast gem. Neat, tidy spot with delicious breakfast and very reasonable prices. Biscuit Gravy was perfectly seasoned. Hash Brown Casserole rivals a Name brand Chain. Eggs cooked perfectly to order. Hash browns crispy as ordered. Friendly, efficient staff.

Bigger coffee cups are needed a a carafe on the table as we had to constantly ask for more coffee. If it weren't for that service would have had 5 stars!!!! Plus we miss Birdie...she was the BEST!!!!
