“Went late night for a Quarter Pounder, they messed up my order so i called back and the manager was very polite & apologetic, upgraded my burger to a meal and a free apple pie. 5 star service.. Mistake was made they owned up to it and made it right 👍“

“I came to this location because I was so sick and tired of the Antioch location. I wasn’t really wanting to give it a second chance or a third or fourth after being messed over so many times at other locations but after going inside of the Lake Villa one I realize that this must be from another planet. This one was the cleanest Duncan I’ve ever seen, and I was greeted with tons of smiling faces, as if they were all waiting for me specifically to get there there was one young girl specifically I think her name was Mya or mia I’m not sure one of the two but she was so helpful and so kind and for these kids to be in such a good mood early in the morning just means they must also have a great boss and working atmosphere. I will be going back to this one over and over again, even though it’s a little bit out of my way.“

“Delicious coffee with a wide variety of choices. My wife and I got an Oreo ice coffee and an iced honey latte. We will definitely be going back.“

“Stopped by this cafe around 5 pm after work and ended up staying almost two hours. The iced latte was smooth without tasting too sweet, and the garlic chicken sandwich came out fresh and hot. One of the staff noticed my phone battery was dying and quietly offered a charger. Small gesture, but it made the place feel welcoming.“

“First of all, Simon’s a great host who also loves to make software. We’re here all the time, and our team loves coming to Open Mic to work, be creative, and meet with clients. It’s a comfortable, welcoming space that naturally sparks good conversations and cool ideas—some of our best ideas have come out of brainstorming sessions in this spot. Sometimes we’re heads-down getting work done, sometimes sketching things out, sometimes picking up a guitar or playing a little piano between sprints. Great coffee and tea, a relaxed creative vibe, and always something interesting going on. It’s one of our favorite spots in Lake County, Illinois.“

“I just went there to have a meeting with a coworker and absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere. The empanada was still frozen when they served it to me but the server was so kind and gentle and immediately gave me another one that was well cooked and didn’t charge me for the wait and inconvenience. I stopped in for a simple black coffee once and it was great. It is very modern on the inside and the coffee is expensive for what I got, but good staff and short wait time. The study area has a good view of the road so you can take a short break from your work and enjoy the atmosphere.“

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

“Something new in the Mall food court! Staff is so friendly and talkative, love them! They have truly great selection of unordinary pizzas. You have to try ordering from the menu! Ready slices are good, but freshly made mouthwatering pizza is so much better. I tried pear pizza, was very impressive, chef's creation, but my best favorite is vegetarian pizza. Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas.
