7 Brew Coffee is a relatively new drive-thru coffee shop that has mastered the art of efficient service. Despite the long lines, the staff knows exactly what they're doing, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for customers.
The coffee drinks can be hit or miss, with some being made correctly and tasting great, while others may have an off-flavor. However, the exceptional service from friendly and attentive staff, such as Rico, Hamza, and Annaliese, often makes up for any inconsistencies in the drinks.
Customers praise the staff for their excellent recommendations, personalized attention, and genuine care for the customers' satisfaction. The positive atmosphere within the shop is also noted, with employees seen laughing and conversing with each other, creating a refreshing environment.
Additionally, 7 Brew Coffee offers large "pup cups" for customers' furry friends, and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure their canine companions are also well-cared for.
