I love the chocolate croissants (needs more chocolate though) and my daughter devoured the brownie. She liked that it was less sweet than a typical brownie. I usually get the blonde sourdough, but on occasion I get one where the crust is just too tough to chew and it ends up going in recipes. First visit. Sunday morning at opening. I was excited to finally remember to stop in… love fresh, toasted, buttered bread. I decided on the Country Blonde loaf. They offered to slice, which I accepted. Also ordered a couple of scones and a couple of croissant varieties. Best Bakery ever. Their products are delicious and made with care and a lot of know-how. They use locally sourced wonderful flour (I use the same at home). Staff is wonderful as well. I visit them from out of state on a regular basis because they are better than anything I have found anywhere else.Even though fresh is the best, I can also freeze a loaf and it is still great after being defrosted.Their croissants are out of this world.
