“Drinks are usually good. Food is always lacking. Hashbrowns have been a half serving multiple times and the bacon/egg/cheese Wake Up Wrap was so small it shouldn't even be considered a snack.
I would not recommend buying any food item except the donuts which have consistently been great. The Wake Up Wrap is $3 and probably weighs less than an ice cube.
What I do now is get my drinks from Dunkin and get my food across the street. Both drive thru's are fast!“

“I stopped here driving through town with my brother and boyfriend, we all agreed this was the best mcdonalds we'd ever had. seriously so fresh tasting. the burgers, and a mcchicken which was seriously amazing. my boyfriend thought the fries were just maybe a little stale but I didn't notice. service wasnt anything crazy, they got us through fast and our food was correct so I don't mind that they didn't say much.“

“The Tala in Libertyville is also where Tala roasts its coffee. It's a cute little spot. The coffee is always delicious and high quality. I like that this location has muffins in addition to donuts. The zucchini chocolate chip muffins are amazing. The staff is friendly.“

“So happy we found this gem of a coffee shop / restaurant while visiting the area! The white mocha I enjoyed was amazing and our breakfasts were fantastic. After talking with the owner, we learned the building is over 100 years old and it was a filling station. They have transformed the building into a very quaint location that is very welcoming! The staff was great and very cheery! We highly recommend It’s All Good!“

“Visited for breakfast a few days ago and had the best French toast I've ever had; they do their Cinnamon Roll French Toast right. Our server was super friendly, the kitchen was backed up a little but she made sure to check in frequently and keep us updated. Super cute inside too, definitely recommend for easy breakfast!“

“Didn't try the food so no rating for food but the place is kinda cool. I was a bit worried when asked if I wanted a small, medium or large flat white but then there was the option for a traditional flat white. I get it since people only understand the way one certain particular conglomerate does things it means everyone has to speak the speak. There is only 1 way to make a flat white. The order is espresso, macchiato, cortado, flat white, cappuccino in order by the amount of milk, anyway. The Sumatra pour over works and I'm not a Sumatra fan so whatever the roaster is doing, keep it that way, it works. It was a very good experience overall the barista knew how to steam the milk without scalding it and was very knowledgeable. Definitely going back.“

“Maria (the Proprietor *&* Chef) literally *is* the best! My 6 year old Grandson and I spent 2.5 hours there today (rainy morning thwarted all holiday plans), .. of which a full hour was spent just talking and hanging with Maria. I know it was an unusually slow day (holiday / rain, etc), .. and this is not a customary thing. And I usually don't have such time either. But that's part of the sweetness .. walking into a place a little slower, more simple, ... and where genuine kindness (especially to the Kiddos) matters! The other Staff is also nice. My Family likes their food, desserts, and drinks. I've only had the pleasure of a scone and tea, and green smoothie (delicious*&* NUTRITIOUS), from previous visits. “My 4 year old son loved it here!!! He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“I had gone to a different location and ordered the Summer Berry Refresher with Extra Boba. They did NOT give ke the extra Boba, and when I brought it up the supervisor assured me he'd made it himself and the extra Boba was floating in the ice. I brought the drink to this location and showed them the drink, reiterating my concern I had paid for extras I did not receive. Jack and Carrie could tell with one look there was no extra Boba added. They also confirmed that, despite what the other store said, there was zero Boba floating in the ice. They fixed my drink for me, made sure it had the extra Boba, and were so friendly and apologetic that I had to come to a second store to get my drink fixed. I am very grateful to them for their help and will definitely come back to this location.“

“5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??“

“I walked into this Starbucks at 6:45 am Wednesday morning to order 15 drinks. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. Once I went through all the orders, I had her repeat everything back to me. After I paid and stepped to the side, I noted that half of my drinks were already completed! I was so grateful! The staff at this location are so nice and cheerful, EVEN FOR 7 AM!! I will be returning!***All the drinks were made correctly, none were missing, and they all tasted good. “Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“

My wedding was scheduled for August 8,2020. But due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to cancel. Janice was extremely compassionate, understanding and flexible during the whole process. Sweet Home Gelato was the most compassionate and flexible vendor. It is not easy to cancel a wedding, unfortunately many vendors were not as accommodating. Janice immediately offered a refund, date change or gift card for the deposit. Sweet Home Gelato was under no circumstance required to issue a refund. Please do consider supporting this small business that is run by good people!“

“I purchased a refresher at the North Chicago location, however the barista explained that he ran out of an ingredient while handing over my drink. I placed the drink inside the cup holder and began to drive. I decided to stop by the Starbucks at the Zion location to pay for the missing ingredient that the Starbucks at the North Chicago location ran out of. I explained the whole situation at the drive-thru and showed them the digital receipt on the app. To make the story short, the baristas at the Zion location were super kinda and understood what happened and gladly made me a brand new refresher the way it's supposed to be at no additional cost!!“

Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. “I wish I could give 5, but one thing made my stomach turn. A donut and a medium signature latte with almond milk is the same price as getting a drink at Starbucks. I should be able to differentiate the taste between regular milk and almond milk, but you can't. The thing that made my stomach turn was the 3 gallons of milk in a milk carton unrefrigerated. This was a few days ago, but still puts a bad taste in my mouth knowing that“

“The donuts are fantastic but the place itself is gross. The floor is sticky and looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days. No napkins available and when we asked the staff said their boss hadn't ordered any paper goods or cleaning supplies in a while. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, soap or paper towels either and was disgusting. I wonder if they even have soap in the kitchen to wash their hands. I don't think it's dramatic to say the health department should probably be called.“
