“The most adorable dining area I have seen from a Dunkin. Tucked away next to a gas station you will find the best Dunkin I have ever been to.
Friendly and patient staff. Even while they are busy they are friendly and patient.

“I stopped here driving through town with my brother and boyfriend, we all agreed this was the best mcdonalds we'd ever had. seriously so fresh tasting. the burgers, and a mcchicken which was seriously amazing. my boyfriend thought the fries were just maybe a little stale but I didn't notice. service wasnt anything crazy, they got us through fast and our food was correct so I don't mind that they didn't say much.“

“I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

“From start to finish, Jen made the entire experience special and unforgettable. We were able to try various flavors and each coffee was delicious. We brought our two girls and they both said afterward, “That was the best tasting drink ever!”

“5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??“

The manager, Jess, was very kind and made my daughter feel at ease (who was embarrassed for spilling her drink). “Something new in the Mall food court! Staff is so friendly and talkative, love them! They have truly great selection of unordinary pizzas. You have to try ordering from the menu! Ready slices are good, but freshly made mouthwatering pizza is so much better. I tried pear pizza, was very impressive, chef's creation, but my best favorite is vegetarian pizza. “Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“

Don’t worry, the other twin already got one. Julie went over and beyond and was very professional. She definitely knows her store. “I used to come to this location every morning when I was a farmer to buy the exact same thing. Two breakfast sandwiches, egg protein box, and a large açaí refresher. Never have I ever had a problem here. I feel bad going through the drive through especially when there’s multiple cars ahead of me and that does take a considerable amount of patience to endure sometimes but the food and drink always comes how I ordered it so it’s worth the wait. I went in on thanksgiving twice in the same day, once in the store and once in the drive through and both times I got what I ordered and the staff were (and normally are) very friendly. One star taken off simply because the pricing is insane :)“
