Starbucks Coffee Company has staff that are overly nice and patient. They provide customized service and make drinks exactly the way customers like them. The location in Mundelein is amazing and the staff are extremely nice. Customers can order drinks like a grande caramel macchiato and a sugar free skim latte grande, and also try a mini of the new Cherry Chai Latte. The bathrooms and main area are clean, and the atmosphere is nice. It is an excellent place to have a conversation or enjoy a delicious coffee. The customer service is second to none, and they have a wheelchair access ramp. However, some customers have experienced issues with their drinks being made incorrectly and problems with the Wi-Fi.
