This particular Starbucks stood out to me because Connie had the most amazing demeanor and even brought my food to the table I was sitting at while I was in the bathroom. Connie went above and beyond the basic requirements and I think she deserves recognition for that.
This location over charges their customers! Be careful!They ran out of fruit pieces for the mango dragonfruit refresher so we requested strawberries instead and they wanted to charge an additional fee! Also, we ordered this drink with light water no ice and they tried to charge an additional $1! Customers should be allowed to customize their drinks and not be charged extra because we didn't request no water! We have had it with Starbucks!!! Going to Dunkin Donuts instead... Recently learned about the short staffing here, explaining why the 'order ahead' feature is randomly turned off all the time, [referenced] drive thru only, hard breakfast sandwiches and the less busy atmosphere. I’m assuming experienced residents go to Dunkin, McDonalds or AREA coffee instead. It's a spacious, easy to access location on lake st with great potential, particularly with its indoor/outdoor setup.
