I came today and explained an issue yesterday and although I was understandably upset, I didn’t make a huge fuss about it because I visit this location often. I explained the situation to Laura, and she took it upon herself to make sure the issue was rectified. What I really appreciate is that she went out of her way to make things right even though she wasn’t even working at the time the issue happened. That really showed me that she genuinely cared about my experience as a customer. “5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??“

“I wanted a donut, actually my co-worker wanted a donut so I went to dunkin' donuts to get her a donut and since Baskin Robbins was also in the building, I decided to get me a vanilla and chocolate shake. It was really good. I enjoyed that!!!!
