You used to get a free drink on your birthday in the app. Now you get a whopping 3x points. Big deal. You used to need 200 points for a drink now it's almost 1,000 points. 30 or 50 x would be better.
Love the location and easy Acess from Grand as well as side street. The customer service was good, the gentleman that helped us was very polite and served us well. My complaint is that more than half of the ice cream options were unavailable and we didn’t have much to chose from. I would have preferred more choices and I’m glad my son wasn’t with us as there were no dairy free options available.

Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one.
