“It was 1pm. Only one young girl working....and she was hopping!! Long line at the drive thru. She didn't hear me come in. I was quiet so when she was near I said Good Morning. I only needed a donut so she helped me quickly to get back to the drive thru. It was a tough situation handled well. Kudos to the lone worker in charge!!“

“I love donuts! I wanted to start with that so you know this is REAL! The "UBE" purple oreo is a really good donut. It's different from anything I've ever had. It's hard to explain, but it's worth trying for sure. Their cinnamon rolls are also very good.“

“First time ever visiting one of these locations was this past August and had a very pleasant first experience.It's one thing that a donut shop makes & bakes their donuts on site and brings them out on the racks, but a shop whose donuts are made-to-order and you have the option to customize your own.........that's awesome!In the vein of Krispy Kreme only better here, Duck Donuts is a growing sensation. These little guys are delicious and I'm so glad to have a location only a 12 mile drive south of my house in Beach Park.Definitely not cheap but the $25 I paid for the Duck dozen was well worth it. Venue is clean/sanitized, excellent donuts & coffee and customer service reigns supreme.The morning i came in here mid-week around 7:30am, I was the only customer in here but I suppose that could be different if it was located directly on IL 21. Located back futher on the side street probably keeps it from overcrowding.Definitely a hidden gem to be discovered if you haven't found it yet. I can't wait to get back in here and try a different dozen the next time, that Duck dozen was amazing!A limited but growing chain, currently only 3 locations in the entire state and all in the Chicago area. Some of the east coast states especially North Carolina have the most locations, lucky them.There's even 2 locations in Puerto Rico and 4 international locations, 1 in Canada and 3 in the middle east. I hope to know that those countries want more locations to come!I hope for continued growth for the franchise and future success & prosperity for the CEO and all store owners.?“

“Tala Coffee Roasters was an excellent choice to find quality espresso, a fun but professional atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff who care about producing great results. The espresso was well balanced with amazing texture and the milk-based vanilla latte was just as good. It was a welcomed treat finding delicious old fashioned donuts and other pastries at the counter.If you are looking for whole bean coffee, these folks have what you’re looking for. Their labels provide you plenty of information about the coffee that is in the bag and most importantly; the bag has a roasted on date! This is something that a lot of roasters forget, but if you like to geek out over coffee, it is important to know just how fresh your beans are in order to get the best results from your coffee.“

“There was not enough cherry fruit filling or custard in the tort birthday cakes. If they did add more, I'd come back to buy future birthday cakes. I've been a lifetime customer for the birthday cakes.I want to add after speaking with the owner of Oliver's bakery about my original cake order, I have a better understanding of the process and reasoning for how my cake turned out. This has been quickly resolved and I just ordered 2 more Bevarian torte cakes for my boyfriend and one for my mother's birthday. I have never had the need to order a birthday cake from any other local bakery because Oliver's has exactly what I crave in a birthday cake!! It's Oliver's one of a kind, signature fruit and custard fillings in combination with the choice of the whip cream or buttercream icing and the beautiful variety of flowers and other decorations all together in each bite makes your taste buds dance with joy!No other local bakery offers what Oliver's bakery offers and that's what sets Oliver's bakery apart from its competitors. I am very pleased to change my original rating to my new rating after I was explained what happened to my Bevarian torte birthday cake. My mother, father, my sister's and myself have been getting my birthday cakes since 1970-present. I want to take this moment to thank you, and your staff for decades of great service and the best birthday Bevarian torte cakes ever made for the residents of Kenosha!! “Great small business donut shop. The donuts are made fresh, so try and get there early. Our kids love picking out thier favorite donut. It's become a tradition for us to head there after church on Sundays. The staff are friendly and the donuts are delicious.“

“Great customer service!! It's always busy as soon as they open. Best donuts and muffins in town! If you haven't tried, I definitely recommend you at least try one of their donuts. I have so many favorite from here to choose from to give a recommendation, lol.“

“Fresh doughnuts everyone! These donuts taste like the homemade doughnuts from home. It's impossible to eat just one. The customers can watch the doughnuts being made in front of them. The doughnuts were served to me warm and flaky. They are almost as good as Krispy Kreme doughnuts on a good day.“

“Today I was so excited to try the Buttermilk Donut. The cashier was so sweet and told me it was one of her favorites. I get home and notice she put two donuts in the bag instead of one. Literally made my day, just as great as she said! Wish I had her name but she had a lip piercing and was overall so cheerful and happy. “Sometimes the coffee is good and ready when I order ahead. Most of the time it is ready but I've had some not so good drinks. Im a huge fan of the cold brew. Sometimes I think they don't add the right amount of sugar. A few times they have forgotten the cold foam. BTW if you haven't tried it I highly suggest it. It does cost a little more but it is delicious!“

“I wish I could give 5, but one thing made my stomach turn. A donut and a medium signature latte with almond milk is the same price as getting a drink at Starbucks. I should be able to differentiate the taste between regular milk and almond milk, but you can't. The thing that made my stomach turn was the 3 gallons of milk in a milk carton unrefrigerated. This was a few days ago, but still puts a bad taste in my mouth knowing that“

“The service is decent at this location. The one complaint I do have is, they NEVER answer their phone. I usually call to see if my favorite flavor is being served. (Butter Pecan). So, I have to actually call several locations to find out if they are or not.“

“It was someone’s birthday at the office and they brought in three dozen Dunkin’ Donuts! They were almost all gone within 5 minutes. Apparently everyone must have liked them. I know that my chocolate covered sprinkled donut was delicious. I love Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Mmmm!!!“
