Horrible customer service. I ordered a frappe with no whip cream. They made it wrong and added the whip cream. Instead of making a new drink and properly correcting their mistake they decided just to wipe off the whip cream and mix it into my drink. I had to ask for a new one and the grande cup was only 75% full. I asked for the manager and asked for a refund. Next time this could happen to someone with allergies and the results could be different.

A drink was pretty good but warm despite ordering extra ice, causing it to melt fast. A major suggestion is that employees at the drive-thru window should not use free time to stand with their back to the customer; instead, they could clean hand prints, arrange cups, or have a conversation. Other locations in Volo or McHenry make customers feel that they matter, unlike this store.
