Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. The parking lot and drive-thru are described as a "cluster," needing traffic posts and more signage. While a mobile order was quick with good food and drink, there was no greeting upon entry and no response when a customer said thank you. A drink was pretty good but warm despite ordering extra ice, causing it to melt fast. A major suggestion is that employees at the drive-thru window should not use free time to stand with their back to the customer; instead, they could clean hand prints, arrange cups, or have a conversation. Other locations in Volo or McHenry make customers feel that they matter, unlike this store.
