The people seemed very nice, service was quick. It had more to do with quality vs value. The sandwich, 7ish dollars was a bit dry and the bacon was soft. Although there was a crisp to the sandwich I think it had more to do with it being warmed for a bit and frankly that was probably why it was dry and the bacon was less enthusiastic. Despite it being a busy weekend, all the staff was very friendly and sweet. The whole store was also quite clean. Thank you to the employees who were doing their best and pumping out drinks!

Honestly I’m in the same generation as these workers so I hate doing this, but I work in the gurnee mills mall, Starbucks is always open before the mall for the workers, I go every morning for the most simplest order. Yet whoever the girl is with a bob and circle glasses that mainly takes orders needs either a refresher with her training or an attitude adjustment.
