Salty, soft pretzel with hot cheese, say no more! Quick and friendly service. Very intense cashier in a good way that was personable and enthusiastic about being there. The pepperoni pretzels were pretty delicious as well. They are a little spendy, but it is hard not to get one when they smell up the mall!
This is the best Auntie Annes location in Lake County. I come to this mall, but it is now dying. Anyway, this guy is awesome.
Worker needs to slow down and stop assuming what we are getting. They completely messed up the order. But I guess it wasn't such a bad thing because it worked out in the end, food was still good.

The prices are reasonable, making it a great stop while shopping at Gurnee Mills Mall. The service is cooperative and hardworking, even during busy times.
