Great location!
Prices are cheaper than my home location, even being in a high tourist area.
The food was great, and requests followed.
The store is extremely clean and well maintained. There was an issue with a machine last visit, but it has been fixed already!
Staff at the desk are also very friendly and helpful!

Chuck E. Cheese is a family-friendly restaurant that offers a lively atmosphere and engaging entertainment for children. The Gurnee location is filled with natural sunlight, pristinely clean, and well-maintained by attentive employees. The staff is praised for their kindness, charisma, and dedication to ensuring the machines are in working order. While the food is considered overpriced, the overall experience is positive, with one customer noting that their 10-year-old enjoyed the video games, and the toddler section was a welcome feature for smaller children. The restaurant's service is highlighted as exceptional, with the manager and hostess going above and beyond to accommodate guests and make the birthday celebration a memorable one.
The restaurant provides a variety of games and activities that keep the kids entertained. Customers appreciate the Summer Fun Pass, which allows them to visit multiple Chuck E. Cheese locations. The food has improved over time, and the salad bar is a popular option. However, the restaurant can be understaffed at times, leading to occasional issues with the machines. Despite these minor challenges, the overall experience is described as fun and enjoyable for both children and their parents.
