I have come here several times and they always have a great staff. Tonight Luis L attended to me, it is 10:30pm and with all the best humor in the world Luis attended to me, he gave me recommendations since I didn't know what I wanted and he didn't delay anything. Excellent service from you and the staff on this shift!! Success!
We come here every Tuesday & our waitress Kim is always amazing !The food is always great and the service Kim provides is second to none !Other servers could learn a lot about customer service from Kim !

My fiancé and I went for breakfast at the Gurnee location yesterday. Both mens and womens bathrooms were out of order. No additional bathrooms for the employees!!! How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!
