“My fiancé and I went for breakfast at the Gurnee location yesterday. Both mens and womens bathrooms were out of order. No additional bathrooms for the employees!!! How can a restaurant be able to be open without facilities for patrons let alone the employees working an 8 hour shift!?!? Our waitress pleaded for me to call OCHEA!! She also said it is not the first time!!“

“I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! They went above and beyond to take care of my veteran fiancé for Veterans Day, (even though we were a day late in being able to visit), taking care of us like family, from the regional director to all the restaurant staff. The food was terrific and my fiancé loved everything; the food, the staff, and the military/first responders decor, and the respect given to veterans. They even put his picture from his Army service days on their wall, which gave him a huge smile when he saw himself displayed on their wall along with photos of so many other veterans. And even though we don't live nearby, we will make it a point to visit them every time we get the chance to. Thanks again to everyone there!!“

“Food is always great and their service is amazing. They have an extensive menu with everything from great appetizers to traditional Japanese desserts. Good selection of drinks both regular and adult. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service. You can depend on having a great experience!“

“Atmosphere + fantastic food + excellent service = my Stevens experience. Whether in the cozy dining room or at the large oval bar, it's a great experience. “As an out of country guest, I have been a patron with every visit to this great part of the country. The quality and flavour of all the offerings, together with the fantastic service throughout, and the family atmosphere makes this a gem deserving of all the accolades. Freshly squeezed orange juice, skillets, benedicts, omelettes, sandwiches, waffles, Greek yogurt, and of course the namesake pancakes! The list goes on and on! May God bless everyone involved in running this fantastic staple in the community. Do not miss out on trying it out and returning again and again!“

“My favorite pizza in the area! Gluten-free friendly, amazing food and even better service. I had a large pickup order today for myself and my family and when I arrived the kitchen manager came out to describe that they had to restart one of the pizzas, offering to let me go now with the rest of my order - plus the messup free for extra snackage - and that he would come deliver the remake himself in a bit so I didn’t have to wait. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating during the pickup and communication process. If you haven’t had Kaisers, what’re ya doin??“

“This is our family's favorite restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries, dinners with large groups...At this point we've been here probably 10 times and never once have we had a bad experience. Every server goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a WOW experience. The food and drinks are amazing every time. Last night we decided to try somewhere new since we just ate at Primo the previous weekend. The prices were the same yet the service and food did not compare. From now on we'll stick with here, where we know we'll have an amazing experience.“

“Tasty food and this guy is so nice!! The soup is so so good. And the Jerusalem salad. Love the canned juices in the cooler! Huge cans of 100% juice in flavors we can't get elsewhere like passion fruit & watermelon. Generous portions, casual atmosphere. Appreciate the padding on the chairs. It's a relaxing place to eat. My family says the food is "amazing" "pita and hummus and shawarma are quite good.". We'll be back.“

“Hands down some of the best Pakistani food I’ve had in Gurnee, IL.
The Shami kabob was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The goat pulao (not biryani!) was done exactly how a proper pulao should be—light, aromatic, and full of depth without being overpowering. And the tandoori chicken? Easily one of the best—crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and bursting with flavor.
What really made the experience special was the service. The lady ( cook ) who I believe is the owner personally brought out the tandoori chicken with such a warm, genuine smile. You could truly feel the pride she takes in her cooking, and it reflects in every dish.
Definitely a spot worth coming back to!“

“Went for my first time with my husband and friend tonight let’s say was amazing service and food. Shoutout to Samantha to be one amazing server, was very attentive on our needs and our orders.
