“This is an absolute hidden gem of Mundelein!!! Everything is seasoned so well, delicious food, priced fairly, great service. We have tried so many Mexican restaurants all over town and this is hands down the best. We’ve eaten here lots of times- the tacos are always amazing, tortas, burritos too. I’ve had a few of the Mexican classic dinners. Never any complaints. Check it out!!“

“strongly recommend the restaurant! Honestly, the best Korean restaurant in the area and overall phenomenal experience.The barbecue was delicious! Marinated very well and tasted great with the salad/veggies that they made! The side dishes tasted amazing and they kept refilling!The service was also incredible. The owners are a lovely Korean couple and they really did a great job to welcome us. They even learned the name of our daughter and brought a croissant from the back for her to eat! They kept saying hi to our daughter during the meal and trying to play with her and engage her. When we left the came to the door to say goodbye to our daughter and us.Definitely 10/10 experience overall. We will be back!“

“Good sushi rolls!! Been here a couple times & love it, doesn’t disappoint! We ordered & recommended the Miami Roll, Spicy Tuna Tempura, Caterpillar, the dumplings are good too! They also have burrito rolls, didn’t try them but they look good. Service was great as well. Very attentive. Place was very clean as well. & food tasted so fresh.“

“First time random choice visiting the area from Chicago. Obviously very popular (the best sign) with the locals and the food (and price) was great! So was service from busser to server to manager who checked in with us. Perfect casual spot!“

“Great neighborhood feel!! Forget the big chains, this is a family owned, scratch kitchen with a fantastic staff and welcoming atmosphere. Incredible tequila selection. The new bartender is great, she really has an eye on customer service and a lot of great ideas. Hopefully some tequila tasting and flights in the future.“

“So thankful Jimano’s is in our area… Our family is new to the area and couldn’t quite find a restaurant that served all our needs consistently and reliably… and then we found Jimano’s!Very friendly and professional staff, great food (especially the pizza), easy to use online platform… can’t say enough good things.

“Best in the area! Alway fresh, hot & tasty! Beef lo mein-Cantonese style is my fav, beef is always tender and moist- and tastes like beef. Chicken fried rice is my chaser, tender chunks of chicken tastes great w/ a lil Soy sauce. *Egg rolls are made in store, fresh- many places have frozen ones shipped in. The only issue I encounter (Agee times) w/ the eggs rolls is they tend to overcook (look burnt) them, not a deal breaker but Hong Kong please take note *Pick-up only at this time due to COVID C***!“

“Came here with my girlfriend and mom, not really sure on what to expect. We walked in to a nice restaurant and a friendly staff. They explained anything that we needed help with and we're very patient. Food was very good, from the addictive cabbage, to the sushi roll, but where this place should go above and beyond is the ramen. Ramen tasted fresh and was very good. We got 2 chicken and one pork. Pork was a bit oily, but still very tasty. With this I got a pork and rice bowl which was to die for, it was excellent. We also got a crepe for desert, and it was the perfect bit of freshness to round out the hearty meal we had just enjoyed so much. I would love to returnPictured is the Red Miso Pork Ramen“
