“We've not been there since 2017 due to relocation but have nothing but fond memories of Dover Straits. When we bought our house in Grayslake in 1995, our realtor took us there to celebrate. We continued going, mainly for birthdays, anniversaries or impress out of towners, and were never disappointed. We have immediate access to super fresh seafood in Florida but miss the ambiance and supper club vibe Dover Straits provided. Loved that the owners always greeted us like we were worth a million bucks.“

“I had a wonderful experience ordering from this pizza place! 🍕😊 The person who answered the phone was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly right. He even let me know ahead of time that delivery might take a little longer, which I really appreciated. 👍 When I called back to add a few more items, he updated my order without any hassle and remained just as kind and professional. ❤️ Our food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The pizza was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and worth the wait. Excellent customer service combined with great food makes this a place I'll definitely order from again. Highly recommended! 👏✨“

“Great bar to watch sports and drink in doors and out. The food is excellent as well. We love to go here for breakfast on the weekends. The skillets are awesome. Lots of toast options! The service is fast and very friendly. The breakfast prices are really good deals as well. We always have good food and a great time here.“

“Absolutely outstanding customer service. A Doordasher stole my order after picking it up from the restaurant and cancelled. The manager called DD on my behalf, reported the dasher, and resubmitted my order for me after I called to let the restaurant know what happened. The manager even called me back to let me know when the second dasher picked up my food.
This is the second time I've eaten here and I'm incredibly happy. The food is fantastic, the customer service is top notch, and I just really enjoyed my experience with them even through the DD difficulty.
