The definition of reliable. The food is consistently good with each visit. In particular, the Singapore noodles, general Tso’s chicken, fried rice, and crab rangoons I came back to very frequently. The value on the dinner special makes Dragon Star a weekly routine for me.

Dragon Star Chinese restaurant is a well-loved dining option, known for its delicious and expertly prepared dishes. The menu features a wide variety of options, with generous portions that are reasonably priced. It is a great choice for both dine-in and takeout meals. Customers have praised the hot and sour soup, which has a perfect balance of spiciness and flavor. The broccoli and beef dish is a favorite, known for its tender beef and fresh broccoli. Other popular choices include chicken with mushrooms, Mongolian beef, and sesame chicken. The restaurant also offers the option to swap standard white rice for fried rice or lo mein for a small upcharge. Dragon Star is noted for its courteous service and helpful staff, making takeout simple and convenient. Customers have enjoyed the best Mapo tofu, where the Sichuan peppercorns are great and the flavor overall is excellent as well with fresh chives and a decent spiciness. It is one of the few Chinese food restaurants where every dish tasted delicious. However, one customer found the chicken in the Dragon & Phoenix dish to be dry and tough, though the shrimp were good and most vegetables were fine. The dish was also missing bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
