Went there for the first 1st time and the food was delicious omg there pizza is phenomenal but the service we got was the most horrible service. I will not return to this place unfortunately .
I have been going to Hits for years, last December I took a friend and it cost $120 for 2 of us to eat! Ridiculous high priced pizza, always burnt. Unfriendly management
Absolutely Terrible Experience! Our visit was a nightmare from start to finish. We were completely ignored and never took our initial order. Then, we found *two pieces of hair* in our food, which was disgusting enough, but it gets worse. A neighboring table had *a piece of fork in their food*. And when we brought this up to the manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they told us to just leave because they'd “take care of it.”
