Delicious ham and ribs! We love both!
I've been buying Christmas hams for years, but this time, the ham was overcooked and dry. The manager insisted it was acceptable, despite my clear dissatisfaction. Instead of apologizing or offering a discount or replacement, they wanted to charge an extra $10 for another ham. This experience ensures I won't return.
