We had forgotten her handicap placard and needed some extra help with parking and getting settled, and everyone was patient and generous. “This Arby's is awesome! My clumsy husband accidentally dropped our curly fries on the way to the table. I let the staff know and apologized because the fries were scattered everywhere. They immediately came over, cleaned everything up, and even replaced the fries at no charge. Their kindness and great customer service really stood out. “This location is good. The food from there is good. The food presentation is a little lacking. It is messy when you open it from the wrapper. I know a guy who used to work there back in the 90's. He was the Store Manager, and he was the best. He ran a tight ship! I forgot his first name, but I think he has the same last name as me. Oh, it was my husband! LOL Anyway, they could use a little shaping up. But not that bad overall.“
