I pass by this Arby's almost every week and it almost always has everything hot and fresh. The service is polite and professional. The only reason I don't give it a perfect score is occasionally, the chicken tenders or fries are old or I have pull around and wait five minutes or more for my order. I will continue to come here for the food and service.
Update - This visit was much better than the last. Service was quick, friendly, and polite. For some reason, the food even tasted better this visit.Service was friendly, but very, very slow. Almost walked out. Many of the tables were dirty.

Love this chain. This location has improved their parking lot no more potholes and love the fact that when I am taking off 3rd shift I can go and grab my "dinner" at 10am. Nice employees!
