“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

“The food is awesome, I mean it better be when your famous for chicken strips. Hands down, best in the land. But I'm here because my son wanted to go to Cain's for his 7th birthday. He was looking forward to it all day! We had a great experience, and at the end I purchased him one of those stuffed Caine's dogs. The manager, such a sweet guy, gave the dog to him, realized it was his birthday and absolutely made his day! We'll never forget his kindness and enthusiasm. Whoever you have managing Saturday nights, super nice, bubbly, cool hair, tall, grey shirt i believe, give him a raise. He's awesome.“

“Me and my family LOVE this Sammie's specifically. It has a homie atmosphere inside, the workers feel like they're in sync and are very nice to the customers. The food they make is addicting, especially their chocolate shakes. When my family and I move, we'll most likely get Sammie's on the last day we live in this area.“

“This past June marked the first time in a few years dining in at this location. Lived in RL from May '89-Nov '02 which was obviously when I ate here a bit more regularly and dining in again brought back that nostalgia.

When it comes to having Arby's whether for lunch or dinner, I always make sure I'm starving prior to arriving and almost always order my usual which is the half-pound roast beef sandwich drenched in Arby's sauce.

There's one thing that Arby's doesn't have.......competition. There are plenty of other fast food chains that may operate at the same level but when it comes to the type of food, there's only 1 and that's Arby's.

Among your typical mass franchise chains whether McD's, Popeye's, BK, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, etc.........Arby's has always been different in a positive way and sadly has the least amount of locations which is puzzling.

Only 6 locations in the entire Lake Co, should be at least double that. The taste of the food here especially the roast beef with a side of the classic curly fries or crinkle cuts always hits the spot.

As long as Arby's keeps making that scrumptious roast beef, I'll always pop in from time to time. Hope for several more years of boomin' business for the franchise owner.“

“ordered 2 chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef combo w/ mozzarella cheese and Giardiniera, jalapeño poppers and onion rings. $33.00 ☹️ the combo had barely any beef or Giardiniera on it. the onion rings were a big clump of a soggy greasy mess. the poppers were soggy too. They were not edible, threw them away. I don't know what happened, they used to be really good.“

My fiancé and I were looking for places to eat and we saw the panini bar, we were a little confused when we first pulled up, but we did some digging and found out it was in the LB Mart.
We got a turkey pesto and chicken chipotle panini, these were both SOOO good!
Definitely recommend this little hidden spot if your in the mood for a panini!“

“Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

“Whoever was working April 29th at midnight, deserves a RAISE!!! I wish I got his name so I could put it in this review but wow he was a top tier employee. Food was immaculate, which is wild to say about a fast food establishment. Came out super fast. The employee forgot our two medium baja blasts but get this… when we came back through he apologized and upgraded us to larges!! Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.“

Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

Service was quick, my meal was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was inviting and overall pleasant. Bathrooms were also clean so I appreciate that! Will be a regular customer now that McHenry has a beautiful new chick fil a close to home.“

“Their new green sauce is delightful. Hate the kiosk ordering which is challenging to order from. Why is a medium soft drink $1 but a small is $2.39? Yes they will still let you order at a cashier but there is no menu so you have to use the kiosk to see the selection. Why are the signs now all saying Taco Bell delivery? Do they not want us to come in?“

“I'm disappointed they changed their hours . Id have breakfast there on my way to work but now I can't . Was the only place you could get a big work truck in or a truck and trailer. You could pull up and honk your horn and the lady's would come to the window.( They are the best and the cook is great to )The new hours suck they don't open till 8 am and I guess I'll have to find a new place to get breakfast. “I came in 5 minutes before closing and I was apologetic to the very nice lady who attended to me. She told me that I wasn’t an inconvenience and to not worry since they didn’t close until 9 PM. I appreciated her genuine approach and the food was amazing. She even gave me two cookies for free! I’ll definitely come back due to her impeccable service!“

“This is the only Subway we will go to. Always stop there on our way home from the hospital. The owner is very friendly and kind, even remembers our names and order because my husband and I always get the same thing. He makes the best subs to order with whatever you want on it. “My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“The food was good. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches at around 9pm from the drive through. The order took not even 5 minutes and it was so good. You could tell everything was fresh and of high quality. Also, both the drive through window girl and the gentleman that walked out my order to me were nice. Good job Culver's!“

“What a breath of fresh air. I know running a Subway is incredibly difficult with how corporate gouges the franchised locations, but this location stands above the rest. No skimping on ingredients, great attitudes and friendly employees. This is the Subway to go to.“

“Stopped at Culver’s on Route 83 as a last minute treat after a really rough morning at work, and the experience completely turned my day around.

I was greeted by the sweetest employee. I later called and found out her name was Hannah 🤩 She was so cheerful, patient, and genuinely kind. Her attitude alone put me in a much better mood.

Honestly, the positivity seems to carry through the whole restaurant because every employee I interacted with was friendly and enthusiastic, including the person who answered my call and the guy who brought out my food.

Such a great atmosphere and energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and taking the time to eat inside next time.
