While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!
Very clean and customer service is exceptional

Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular sandwich shop known for its delicious and generous sandwiches. Customers praise the excellent service provided by the friendly and diligent staff, who ensure a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant can get very busy, but the staff always seem to have it together, providing quick and efficient service. The rewards system is an added perk, and the fast service is appreciated, especially during lunch breaks. Customers describe the sandwiches as always being "fat" and satisfying, with a mini size being enough for a good meal. However, some customers have mentioned that the meats can be unflavored and skimpy, and there have been complaints about the amount of oil and vinegar used. The restaurant also offers a great parking experience and a nice surrounding area, making it a convenient choice for many. Overall, many recommend this location for its great food and service, despite a few criticisms.
