“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

Always be a mess and really hard to eat now I do want to say something that this Jimmy John's is freaking amazing and they made my subs so good I worked at Subway for 15 years so I do have pretty high standards but good job guys I love this Jimmy John's!!!! 😃💕“

Recently had their Large House Salad - with grilled chicken. It is always made fresh with fresh crisp ingredients and made to order. Also, Hannah did a great job with delivery! The man who helped me was very friendly, was pulling fresh bread out of the oven and put a good amount of meat on my subs and made them perfectly. I then went to my car and read the reviews. “I came in 5 minutes before closing and I was apologetic to the very nice lady who attended to me. She told me that I wasn’t an inconvenience and to not worry since they didn’t close until 9 PM. I appreciated her genuine approach and the food was amazing. She even gave me two cookies for free! I’ll definitely come back due to her impeccable service!“
