“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“First time ordering delivery from Jimmy John's Antioch and WOW- they weren’t kidding about freaky fast! Our sandwiches showed up in record time :) Everything was fresh, loaded, and delicious. I went with the Gargantuan and would absolutely recommend it if you’re hungry. My wife got the Vito and loved hers too, so we were both happy campers. Only small hiccup was I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn’t, but thats not a dealbreaker. I don't get all of the bad reviews- We’ll definitely be ordering again!“

“I came in 5 minutes before closing and I was apologetic to the very nice lady who attended to me. She told me that I wasn’t an inconvenience and to not worry since they didn’t close until 9 PM. I appreciated her genuine approach and the food was amazing. She even gave me two cookies for free! I’ll definitely come back due to her impeccable service!“

“This place make my subway order more than worth it... From start to finish. The greeting, the making your order the way you ask for it. All the way from entering to exiting. It's ridiculous how good this subway is in my personal opinion. If you like your sub sandwich mediocre don't go to this Subway, Go to cousin subs in kenosha or something where nothing's fresh and managments poor.“
