“I work here now. It has come under new ownership since many of the other reviews. I bake bread and cookies each morning and slice vegetables. I try to give generous, but financially responsible portions. I recommend the pizzas, particularly with sausage or bacon. My favorite sandwich is ham and bacon on Italian herb and cheese bread. Stop by and give it a try.“

“The three young kids that were working in there were very kind and professional. I currently have a fractured foot therefore I am on crutches. They put the food in bags to make it easy for me to carry and one came and held the door for me. Very positive experience and I hope that these three kids get kudos! They should know how awesome that is because kids these days like that are hard to find. Most the time when you go to restaurants now kids are on their phone even when they're supposed to be working.“

“1st time at Jersey Mike's Subs. Great sub and after several not so good Jimmy John experiences I am so happy I decided to try Jersey Mike's. The sub was outstanding with a generous amount of meat and cheese, food was fresh and the servers were nice and helpful. “I stopped by this Subway in Racine for the first time and I’m really glad I did! The location at 2221 Lathrop Ave, Racine, WI 53405, shows online that it opens at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday so they’re keeping right on schedule. I arrived just after they opened at 9:00 a.m., and everything about the experience was positive.

Right away I was greeted by Christina, who welcomed me with a warm smile and asked helpful questions about what I wanted. Her upbeat and humorous tone made the visit feel genuine, not just routine. She guided me through each step of my order, checking in to ensure I was happy with my selections.

For my meal, I ordered a foot-long Tuna, a foot-long Italian, and three cookies. I was a little disappointed to learn that the peanut butter cookie has been discontinued years ago seriously not trying to date myself LOL 😆, as it was always my favorite but that didn’t take away from how enjoyable the overall experience was. The bread was fresh, the ingredients looked vibrant, and the sandwiches were made with real care and attention to detail.

I originally visited after reading several negative reviews about this location, but my experience was the complete opposite. Christina’s professionalism, kindness, and cheerful personality made this visit stand out in the best way. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a friendly, fresh, and welcoming spot in Racine.

“I have stopped going to Subway over the course of the last couple years because they could never get my sandwich order right. My visit to this Subway changed my mind on this. I ALWAYS get a foot long steak and cheese with pepper jack on Italian bread. I always put extra green pepper and onion, and a small amount of Chipotle sauce and garlic aioli followed by Salt, pepper and oregano. This man that made my order today made my order PERFECTLY! No complaints here. I only wish I would have asked for his name so I could name him in my review. He did a great job and was very polite. He definitely deserves a raise.“

With so many options around Racine, we know we will always have a great, fresh, quality sandwich here, and very fast, friendly service. Love the option of the drive thru, too. And while we usually come for the sandwiches, we can't not get the cheese curds. They are incredible. Light, fluffy, flavorful. Absolutely at or near the very top of the best cheese curds in Wisconsin list for us!“
