“Had such a great experience here! 🍕😍 The pizza was absolutely delicious, especially the Hawaiian, and the Caesar salad was fresh and tasty too 🥗✨. I really loved the Detroit-style crust—it was crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor! The specialty martinis were also fantastic 🍸. But, at the North Chicago location, everyone understands my primary language (English) and is train well so this wonderful food actually comes out the way I ordered it! “Sometimes it is a hit or miss here I will not lie BUT if you get a manager or the main owner the food will be the best you ever had! They just need better people who care more other than that it is one of the best if not the best subway in town. Recommend if downtown especially in the summer.“

“1st time at Jersey Mike's Subs. Great sub and after several not so good Jimmy John experiences I am so happy I decided to try Jersey Mike's. The sub was outstanding with a generous amount of meat and cheese, food was fresh and the servers were nice and helpful. The only downside was there were a few tables out of commission and that was unsightly. But hello Jersey Mike's goodbye Jimmy Johns!“

“Went to this Subway after a long day and honestly it was a solid experience. The employee behind the counter was patient, didn’t rush anything, and made the sandwich really well. Everything looked fresh, the bread was soft, and the restaurant was clean too. Simple but good food, and the service made it better.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“

“Had a decent lunch, sub was pretty typical of the chain with no surprises except I thought it was little on proteins - maybe. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. I did buy a meal wanting tea for my drink, I even said it. But then no tea in the containers which sucked - guess I’ll look next time.“

The atmosphere here is extraordinary. The staff are AMAZING. The sandwiches are HEAVEN SENT. OMG and Jimmy Johns social media team is HILARIOUS! I follow them on Instagram and I love their posts so much.
My go to sandwich is a #4 Turkey Tom NO mayo No tomato. Extra oil and vinegar, and onions.
The sandwich that I have been loving lately though has been the Cuban sandwich.
Their Gyro's were actually SO GOOD. I mean not as good as a authentic Gyro but it was one of the best that I have ever had.
One thing I can say is that I would love it if they could come out with a Cookie sandwich type thing. I think they had one around Valentines in 2024 but I never got it. Hoping for something like that to come again.

“I ordered a Teriyaki sandwich now, it was a 6 inch sandwich. I really enjoyed the texture of the sandwich and the taste now. The drink was fabulous now. The customer service was selective with the young teenagers who work here now. They did a wonderful job now.“
