“First time visit. Had a good experience. Rachel took my order and was very polite and personable. It was a pleasure chatting with her while waiting for my (to-go)order. While waiting, I also watched a team of employees work well together (even through the were short staffed). Our food was pretty good. Personally not a fan of the baked potatoes as mine was overcooked. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich.I spoke briefly with the GM (Sunshine) and commended her on everything. People just don’t say thank you enough these days.Looking forward to returning.“
“I ordered a regular Hammie for lunch. When it came, it was a "SkinnyHammie." instead. The store manager, a very nice young woman,had my order remade and did not charge me for either one. I thinkshe deserves a "thank you"for being gracious.“
“We were served and helped by Mr. Manish. He was patient and worked with us for 3 veggie sandwiches. The bread was fresh and the veggie patty tasted good. The store was clean and had two playing kiosks. The store also offers popcorns, pizza, drinks and chips.“

“I was unaware of their Unwich, which substitutes a lettuce wrap for the roll, until last week. I cannot eat wheat rolls, so the Unwich now lets me enjoy JJs with my family, who love their sandwiches. Only suggestion - they could offer gluten-free rolls.“
“First time at this subway in a long time. I don't live close by. I walked in at 8pm without even thinking. 8pm is when they close during COVID. They were cleaning up and had almost everything put away when my friend and I walked in. We said sorry and we're about to walk out the door but they said "no please! we will make both of you sandwiches don't worry!" And proceeded to pull everything out again to make us both sandwiches...
