I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
The Dairy Queen in Fayetteville, TN is 100% pure T… TRASH.
12/23/25 to 04/17/26 visited five times.
5 out of 5 trips we are greeted with - “Sorry we are currently out of ice cream”.
Last night 04/17/26… we even called beforehand to see if “the ice cream place has ice cream”.. Whomever answered my call was on a concurrent call with DQ’s IT department for some password recovery methods.

Al tho, there is no indoor seating. But the staff are nice and the food was very affordable and the only grill and chill in Lake County in Illinois so far. I will comeback!
