“Pretty decent. Pretty safe with the new safety measures put up now. Menu selection is a bit small compared to others, but a good amount of choices for me. Travis Scott burger with some fries and a water to wash it down is pretty good. Would recommend.“

“Very good food, we opted to try this place instead of taking the kids to somewhere like mcdonalds and paying almost the same prices. Fries were delicious! “Stopped by Buona for lunch and was really impressed. The Italian beef was excellent, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Service was fast even though they were busy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. It's getting harder to find fast food places that consistently deliver good food and good service, but Buona definitely does. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back.“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

“I’m a big smash burger guy & who doesn’t like cheese fries. Decided to give it a try & just straight to the penta smasher. Even with all those patties, the burger was juicy but still had that nice char crunch to the ends. The fries were surprisingly good with the Pepperoncini’s & overall just good fries.“

“We have never had a bad meal at Mean Weiner. We have ordered in and eaten in the restaurant. We have made many changes to our orders and have never had a problem. Everyone is always friendly and super polite. The value is outstanding. I highly recommend trying Mean Weiner. You will not be disappointed.“

“It was this past November that I last dined at this location but before that it had to have been maybe 2 or 3 years being the last time would've been going thru the drive-thru on the way to work since I work 3rd shift.

I can't say I've ever had a bad experience of any kind at this location. Never had an incorrect order at the drive-thru, subpar customer service or food not cooked long enough.

There's one thing I really love about Arby's and that's their roast beef drenched in Arby's sauce. For me I'd say 4 out of 5 trips to Arby's I end up getting the half lb roast beef combo which I find the taste rather addicting.

I have no idea why Arby's doesn't have much more locations especially in this county. This location has some historical significance being it was the very 1st Arby's I've been to since moving from Japan as a navy brat in November '87 to Great Lakes.

I was in early '88 that my dad took me here but I'd say the few times I had Arby's in general from that point until around the mid 90s, I always had the hot ham n' cheese and had no desire to try any other sandwich.

I would eventually in my late teens try the roast beef and fall in love with the taste. Their roast beef is a smash hit and that's one thing about Arby's is that there really isn't any competition for this chain. There are other fast food joints that compete at the same level but there's nothing like an Arby's.

I don't know if the interior is the same as when I first walked in there at the age of 12 but it certainly feels old school and kept clean. I hope this location stays open for decades to come and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the franchise owner(s).“

“Some friends and I had a splendid experience at the chick-fil-a of vernon hills this very fine evening. We pulled up to the window and the young gentlemen awaiting us were so kind and talkative. I believe their names were Gautam and Joaquin. We had a lovely conversation about music artists and what sauces we liked. They kindly accompanied us on our chick-fil-a journey this evening. Five stars to these young gentlemen, if I could give them 6 I would, they are going places!“

“At 9:00 p.m., on Friday, December 16, 2022, our group of thirty-plus 6th through 8th graders, and their parents, converged upon 5555 Grand Avenue in Gurnee, IL. Our normal after performance ice cream place had closed early that night, so we set our sets on the next closest, largest and family friendly restaurant…McDonalds. We were loud. 30 kids singing show tunes at 9:00 at night, immediately following a theater performance? We were SO loud and ridiculously unorganized. Your employees, every single one of them still left at the restaurant at that hour, were so kind, patient, understanding, friendly, polite and hard-working. The manager on staff at the time, Cesar Lopez, managed it all beautifully and even kindly suggested we call ahead next time so he can be certain he’ll have enough staff on hand to handle another after-theater surge. While our kids were all mostly well-behaved and polite, it was definitely loud, controlled chaos for a good hour. We’re so very thankful for the extremely respectful way our kids were treated that night. The employees at 5555 Grand Avenue made what could have been a very stressful event into a…non-issue. Which, when you’re trying to corral 30+ adolescents, is a very good thing. You’ve found customers for life.“
