“I live in Texas and my grandma lives in Racine so for her birthday she wanted dinner delivered. I browsed DoorDash and seen Snaps so I called just to confirm what all comes with what she wanted. I wish I had enough characters to write all the good things about the service I received from Snaps just over the phone!!!! Their hospitality and warmth added a personal touch to my order. 10/10 for customer service - I hung up feeling thoroughly satisfied that we were able to fulfill her birthday dinner request.“

“I always make the 30 minute trek to Racine just to get a sandwich here. Never had a bad experience or mistake on my order. Food is consistent and always delicious. Gluten Free option is a life saver!

Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bread that’s a $2 upgrade. A little pricey, but worth it in my opinion“

“Best McDonalds in the area. Fries are always fresh, lots of salt, the best way. Food is always good, order accuracy is usually good. Two negatives to improve; when people order food inside to table and you keep calling their number instead of bringing it. Clean the tables more often half of them are dirty when employees are standing in back. Seriously thought on table side; don’t have table-side ordering if you’re not going to bring it to the number or table number.Dining room is nice. Music is usually great as well.“

“Went with a friend for a 2-for-1 special at lunchtime. Lots of people were there, but still plenty of seating. Not my style of food, but he's a big fan. Things seemed clean, staff was courteous, good portion, variety of tastes. A little pricey for my liking, but the food looked fresh, so you get what you pay for. The guacamole and the pickled onions were yummy. I could have eaten a big bowl of just that! If you're a carnivore and dining with a vegetarian this probably is a great place to go.“

“I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers. Nicole has been very friendly and she is able to hustle to ensure fast service! Excellent balance!!! I refuse to visit the other BK after the service from Nicole at this BK!!!“

“I was here for a door dash today and I was feeling a bit hungry, so I thought I would get me something quick.. I ended up getting just a bowl of soup because a sandwich would have taken time to be made. It was my first time eating from here. Overall, the atmosphere and the customer service was on point. However, the soup that I chose originally was the potato soup. I did not like it, so I went back and exchanged it for the broccoli cheddar. I paided 6.92 for the bowl. Maybe they have a certain amount of measured scoops because it wasn't to the top like the picture online but I did not think it was worth that amount but I was already committed. I love broccoli cheddar soup, but I did not like theirs. This is why I gave it a one star for the soup. One day I will go back and try a sandwich or maybe I won't after reading some of the other reviews. Sounds like I'd be better off going to subway lol. And the automated generated response to all the reviews is sad. That should really have a real person to read and respond.“

“I wanted to express my gratitude for the help that I received today by the store manager at Jimmy John's on Washington in Racine. I placed an order with them to redeem my free brownie along with 2 breads, and when I got my order the brownie was missing. I called them up with what happened, and the manager kindly offered to have it delivered. Not only did she give me my brownie, but she added another one to my bag. The customer service is exceptional, and I wanted to thank them for taking care of their customers!“

“There were no lines so no waiting. Staff was great. Portions size was generous my burrito was so big. I had to have it in a bowl.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is always an option. The veggie add-ons selection is plentiful. I have a couple of friends that love eating here, but never get meat.the meat.“
