“We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting from Illinois today. I was shocked at how well our cashier entered our order. We didn’t know what we were ordering, the kids were mumbling through options with their sandwiches and shakes, yet everything came out correct! The inside atmosphere was cool. There was some damage done by previous customers like names scratched into our table and the tree trunk having some gunk on it, but that’s the fault of the customers. We wanted to sit upstairs in the tree, but it was full. I love the idea of the theme and the food was perfect for our family. I just wish it was bigger. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: This place was made for kids. Lots of visual interest and arcade games.“
“We've not eaten at Charcoal Grill for several years, since the Kenosha location closed.Our visit was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. Our server did an awesome job, and the timing of our food was perfect.We will definitely be returning.“
“I have read some of the other reviews and I honestly believe they have mistaken this BK for the one on Durand. My family loves BK and we tried the one on Durand several times and each one was a complete disaster! Customer Service was trash, the lady was completely rude on the speaker that I just pulled away and went to Popeyes next door. I now drive past that BK and go to the one on Washington Ave. There the Customer Service has been nothing less than excellent. The food has always been fresh. The last couple of visits, my order has been taken by Nicole and her Service is perfect and I told her that she needs to teach the other BK on how to treat customers. Nicole has been very friendly and she is able to hustle to ensure fast service! Excellent balance!!! I refuse to visit the other BK after the service from Nicole at this BK!!!“
“Best McDonalds in the area. Fries are always fresh, lots of salt, the best way. Food is always good, order accuracy is usually good. Two negatives to improve; when people order food inside to table and you keep calling their number instead of bringing it. Clean the tables more often half of them are dirty when employees are standing in back. Seriously thought on table side; don’t have table-side ordering if you’re not going to bring it to the number or table number.Dining room is nice. Music is usually great as well.“
“First visit and this is a very nice place. Everything is fresh and clean. Plenty of tables. The service was good, preferred more trips with the coffee pot and asking for refills on drinks. The meal was prepared to order and arrived hot to the table. I would advise asking for crispy hash brown potatoes when getting your meal. Otherwise a very nice place for breakfast and lunch!“
“I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich. It was very good although it was not able to be eaten as a sandwich, it was more like meal that would be served on pasta vs a bun. The fries seemed like they were double fried, they were standard with the meal, would try other options next time. Had 2 Red ales that were good as well.“
“I was looking to grab a quick bite while waiting for my kid’s practice at the R.E.A.L. School to finish, and this place was perfect! Food was served quickly, it’s delicious and affordable. My server Alexis was a delight. Definitely try the Birria tacos or the Birriadilla, so flavorful! ☺️ Will definitely be back. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a Super8 parking lot deter you. “Fun AND delicious. Can't get much more old-timey than Kewpee. Take a seat at the counter or table, the server takes your order from a VERY short choice of items, and this delightful smash burger will be in front of you in minutes. Or less. Added a monster size (only one size) order of hot, salty, fresh crinkle cut fries to the burger, and their house-made root beer, creamy and "rooty." Lunch for two, less than $10. No kidding. Worth a stop.“
“I hear of a lot of Oak Creek residents love this restaurant, but I can't say I've partook in it very often. I have had the burgers and they're good but it was to go in defense of the burger. My husband did bring it home so it took a little bit to get to us, but it was good very good :) I will circle in there more often so I can give them a proper review! I will always support our local businesses!“
“Everything was on point the food the service, and vibe. The wings are a little small but that didn’t matter because they were packed with flavor same as the fries would definitely recommend if you haven’t made your mind yet to go and plus you don’t need to cause I made it for you ?“
