“Whoever was working the front end cashed at 3 PM on March 16th, 2026 was an absolutely fantastic worker. She took my order, brought it out, cleaned tables out in the dining area (everything was very clean), asked me if I was enjoying my food and told me to have a great day, AND held the door open for an old couple with one of them in a wheelchair. Gotta be a conspiracy from Cane’s with that sequence of events. Seriously though, it was nice to see the cashier put that kind of effort in. Keep it up ya’ll!“
“Very clean and polite workers. As far as the food!!??? It was def hot, I could’ve used a bit more meat on the extra container(I had combo 3), as far as taste it was better than I expected that I forgot to snap a pic not too overwhelming on sweetness or spicy. This will def be my new go to place“

“I went threw the drive thru tonight late. I had a very pleasant experience with Matthew taking my order and Crystal at the wondow. The cook also made the order correctly! For being such a long line it went fast as well. I highly recommend coming here. They all deserve a raise!“

“I ordered from the drive thru and realized an item was missing by the time I got home. I called this location and they right away agreed to replace the item. The person on the phone was kind and understanding. When I came back they immediately remade the order and offered an appetizer for the inconvenience. All staff members I encountered were kind and courteous. I definitely appreciate this location and their staff.“

“Alex, the executive director, left an outstanding first impression of this chic fil a for me. I’ve never been to this specific location but Alex’s positive and upbeat attitude intrigues me to come visit more. I said it almost immediately; that charisma itself definitely landed him in an executive position. Props Alex 👍🏾“
