“Excellent food. But not the greatest customer service experience. I’d recommend sitting in the bar area or further back. We were seated in the front by the garage door. We had to eat with our coats on it was so cold. We asked to be moved, we even said we’d wait. They would not accommodate us. Bartender was awesome! Server not so great!”

“I had vodka and 7Up but wasn't able to finish second drink due to stomachache. It tasted like the soda gun needed a good cleaning because the 7up tasted off. Staff were kind and the place was busy for the Brewers game. Would be a good place to chill on a less packed night (and maybe a bottled drink).”

“been coming to the Steak out for 35 years. while sometimes the steaks are charred a little too much recently compared to the past, I have yet to find a steak place to compare to the Steakout. it is delicious in a cozy supper club atmosphere. honestly some of the complaints sound like people were looking for something for nothing and I've seen the same names on other reviews sites and seem like chronic complainers just trying to knock someone down while hiding behind their screens. I've learned to ask for little to no charring in my steaks and it's been as outstanding as ever. seriously, other steak joints can't compare ... haven't found a one in the Milwaukee area yet.”

“To those who have celiac disease explorium brew pub offers a great amount of gluten-free options. With that being said these gluten-free choices taste absolutely incredible. The food was amazing, atmosphere great, and our server was extremely pleasant. Celiac disease or not Explorium brew pub is just an overall fantastic place to eat.”

“We had a large group gathering (about 20 people) at Dia Cafe for a breakfast and it was amazing! In advance, the staff we coordinated with responded quickly to calls and emails, and they were very friendly and accommodating. On the day of, they had spaces reserved for us and the drinks and food were out in a very timely manner, especially for how large our group was. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere itself is also so wonderful, the kids in our group stayed occupied with the toys and games they have available, which was so great. Everyone had a lovely time, and many people commented on how generous the portion sizes were and how they were excited to have leftovers to bring home. Also, we had someone who is vegan, and Dia was very accommodating for his dietary needs.”

“I called another bakery (not National Bakery) that’s on Greenfield in West Allis, wanted to order a cake for the following week. The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice and told me I had to order online then put me on hold forever. So I hung up and called National Bakery. Boy am I glad I did. The lady that answered was so nice and so helpful. I got the most beautiful and delicious cake I’ve ever had. Really made my birthday special. National Bakery is my go-to bakery from now on. “Everything was excellent! Our server was awesome, she checked with us throughout our meal but not too much.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was, we had 5 in our party & 1 person was late.
They would not put us at a table until the whole party was there. I can understand this on a busy night. It was Monday & not super busy.
We were all senior ladies & it would have been easier for us had we been seated. We waited 10 minutes & our last person didn't show up.
We were told if they came they would not be seated.
If I had been with family I would have left & went too another steak place down the road.
The next time I'm having a meeting I don't think I'll choose your resturant due to not letting a late commer be seated after the party has been seated.”
