“Excellent food. But not the greatest customer service experience. I’d recommend sitting in the bar area or further back. We were seated in the front by the garage door. We had to eat with our coats on it was so cold. We asked to be moved, we even said we’d wait. They would not accommodate us. Bartender was awesome! Server not so great!“

“I am a lifelong fan of Rocky Rococo Pizza, it came out when I was 9 in my hometown of Madison. I went to a mall this time, South something mall, on 76th. The woman working was NOT paying attention. I waited and waited. I COULD HAVE just walked off with every jar of sauce on the display, she never noticed me, or that I took a jar to buy, until I brought it to her attention when I bought my slices (after finally speaking directly to her to get her attention as her back was turned.) I'm 59, never have I met such a rude and unconcerned Rocky's employee. Sad.“

“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. It was excellent.“
